Agreement

By using the FAHM website, submitting a lead form, or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the related Privacy and Refund policies.

Course access

FAHM may provide live sessions, recordings, written materials, project briefs, feedback, and course spaces. We may refine schedules, lessons, or delivery details while preserving the intended educational value.

Student responsibilities

Students are responsible for attending, practicing, submitting work honestly, keeping login details private, and treating mentors and peers with respect. Sharing paid material with non-enrolled people is not allowed.

Payments

The public offer is displayed as 20,000 PKR. Pakistani students may pay through local checkout, while international students may use an international payment provider that can show applicable taxes, fees, or a supported charge currency before payment. Enrollment is confirmed after successful payment or explicit written confirmation from FAHM.

No employment guarantee

FAHM improves understanding, practice, and portfolio quality, but does not guarantee a job, salary, client, admission, or specific professional result. Outcomes depend on effort, consistency, and market conditions.

Intellectual property

FAHM owns its curriculum, recordings, brand, templates, and teaching materials. Students own the original work they create, while granting FAHM permission to review it for educational purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, FAHM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-opportunity damages arising from use of the website or course.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your location require otherwise.
