Refund Policy

Overview

FAHM sells a live educational course. This policy explains when a refund may be requested, how payment issues are handled, and what happens after classes begin.

Before classes begin

A student may request a refund before the first scheduled class begins. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Payment processor fees, bank charges, or currency conversion differences may be outside FAHM control.

After classes have started

Once classes have started, refunds are not available. This applies whether the student attends live, watches recordings, downloads materials, or chooses not to participate after access has been prepared.

Duplicate or unauthorized payments

If you believe you were charged twice or a payment was unauthorized, contact FAHM immediately with the payment receipt, checkout email, and transaction reference. Verified duplicate or unauthorized charges will be investigated and resolved fairly.

How to request help

Email contact@fahm.pk with your name, email used at checkout, phone number, payment receipt, and reason for the request. FAHM aims to respond within three business days.
